Cooling generally will be an In-Wall Air Conditioning Unit and the size of the unit will depend on the size of home chosen.

Heating can be in the same unit as the air conditioning and generally will be a Heat-Pump unit with a Heat Strip back-up.
This is a easy and effective way to heat your new " Doggy Dream Home ".
Other heating options to include a Direct Vent Wall Furnace, Radiant Electric Floor Heating System
and a Baseboard Heating System.
The Direct Vent Wall Furnace can be an electric or gas unit with a thermostat.
Radiant Electric floor heating systems can be used with the tile, stone, laminate and engineered wood flooring. This system can be set up with a programmable Thermostat and is a very nice way to heat your new Dog House. It works very well and you're Furry Family Member will enjoy laying on the nice warm floors.
Baseboard heating can be portable units for easy removal or attached to the wall. These units can be heat strips or liquid filled for maintaining heat levels. They do come with safety features such as a blockage sensor and thermal shut off to protect against overheating.
