The Decking materials suggested to be used is called Correct Deck. This product can be seen at ... www.correctdeck.com . It's not cheap but will handle just about anything. If you would rather have some other Decking material, please let me know.
Windows to be Vinyl, with screens and grills between the glass for easy cleaning. Front Door to be Solid Core Wood with designs as shown on drawn picture. Kick plates added on the interior for scratching and digging protection. Door painted a brown color as to match garage door color.
Exterior Soffit and Covered Deck area to be covered with vinyl and aluminum products for maintenance free care. An Exterior light to be installed in the Covered Deck area ceiling ( 5" Recessed Light ).
Interior Floor to be insulated, 3/4" tongue and groove plywood, concrete backer board, Radiant Floor heating with a Programmable Thermostat and a Vorset Wine color ceramic tile. A 6500 btu air conditioner on the rear wall is suggested for cooling.
Interior walls to be insulated and Drywall installed. A pre-finished wainscoting wood approx 30" tall installed on the lower half and the drywall above to be painted a Semi-Gloss color of your choice. Ceilings to be flat, insulated, drywall, painted and approx 6' tall.
A Breaker box is suggested for safety and will have two 15 amp breakers installed. Electrical outlets placed as needed and suggested lighting to be two 5" recessed lights with flood lamp bulbs. For the Electrical hook up options, we can add a small box on the exterior which could house a plug in so it can be run by an extension cord, or, we will have a wire ran though the floor and ready for your electrician to hot wire it into your existing power supply.
